Pretty disappointed with the conduct of the owner of this business. Spent $500 on a treatment for my partner and friend in early November, paid in full with a credit card at the time. 6 weeks later, prior to Christmas another $500 was deducted by Isobel from the same card. It has taken nearly 6 weeks to get the money back and I have been lied to countless times by the owner before the refund finally arrived. While my partner was very happy with the treatment the deceit afterward was very unprofessional.

Absolutely amazing brilliant fantastic experience. Honestly I cannot recommend Isobel’s Medi Spa more - best massage/facial EVER.
