Slumberzone

I bought a tranquil firm bed and found that the bed is hot and too firm. Im very disappointed as I have worst night sleeps because of the heat. I went back to the shop and he said he didn't believe the bed is hot. I wanted my money back but he recommended a swap to a comfy zone bamboo mattress said it's cooler. I need to know more as of why the bed is hot. I'm using cotton bedsheets as the bed is hot but makes no difference. I got 6 more days left from the 30days guarantee given. Please help.

Recently purchased a back supporter bed and it has been the best purchase I have made this year! We absolutely love our bed and highly recommend.

We bought the sunrise ultra super king bed. It is the WORST bed I have ever slept in. My husband and I cant sleep in the same bed as it is so hot in this bed. We have our aircon on the coldest setting and full fan yet we are still hot. It is soooo hot against the mattress. Constantly trying to find a cooler spot.Would not recommend at all. We are going to have to buy another bed as this has been an expensive mistake.

Absolutely the best bed we have ever owned..have had a Euphoric for around 6 years after trying some EXTREMELY expensive beds!Eyewateringly over 7K was the average.This bed today looks and feels in exactly the same condition after all this time and a long haul house move.My husband is 6’3”& I’m 5’...I do rotate the mattress every 3 months and in the first year every month..it is worth the effort!It’s so cozy in winter and gorgeously sumptuous in summer...The best part is that leg wise they did different lengths so much to my joy I can sneak many boxes of shoes under.Now by shear chance I discovered the same brand silk pillows last year!well worth the reasonable investment.We sleep so well on this brand and seriously will always be faithful purchasers!

I have the Cool Gel queen sized bed - really comfortable, medium firmness and feels great. The level of firmness has stayed well and the mattress has molded really nicely. Always a good nights sleep on this bed. Would recommend.

My wife and I bought a beautifully comfortable back support bed from Slumberzone. We recently moved towns and during the move the top surface was bunched up into a lump (big one) which meant we couldn't sleep on it. I phoned Slumberzone and was very pleased to hear it was a 10 year warranty and they were happy to pick up, fix and return. We live on the 5th floor of an apartment block and it was a super king. The service was excellent, friendly and very professional. Reading some of the negative comments here I can only assume it was a problem with the retailer that sold the bed. I couldn't recommend Slumberzone highly enough. A big thank you to the team from my wife and I.
