I contacted the tradesman named Brendon and sent him an email asking his availability to schedule an appointment to repair my dishwasher. I didn’t hear anything back so I called the business and they assured me Brendon will be in touch. Three hours later I received a text message from Brendon telling me there is free appointment times this week and that he will be in touch the following week. AGAIN I heard nothing from him so I text him to ask him at what stage would he be free to make an appointment for the repair, to which he never responded. I have since reached out to another company and they responded the same day and have since completed the job. In short this experience has gone down in history of being one of the worst customer service experiences!! If you are happy to feel disappointed and frustrated with incompetence then i would highly recommend this business. If I could i would select -1 star rating.Angela

They came out to replace the dishwasher. They were fast on time took all the rubbish with them and cleaned up. Would highly recommend there team

Hard to give any better. Got the company around to have a look at problem with my dishwasher which they did. Problem was a part was broken needed replacing which was fine. I was told 6 weeks to order replacement part. Have now been waiting 8 + This I can also understand. What I cannot understand is trying to get in touch several times and leaving several messages over 2 weeks with zero response. So as it stands dish washer has not worked for months with no end in sight. if you want a company that will communicate with you go else where

I spoke to Brendon about a quote for a seal for my Freezer. Brendon said he would get back to me. He never did and has since not returned any of my phone calls or txt messages. If he did not want to do the job he should have told me in the beginning rather than make me wait while my freezer was out of action.

Brendon proved what is all raved about him in reviews as personally experienced his company's excellent job. Rang and showed up as agreed. Found the fault and professionally fixed it. Brendon's splendid skills in troubleshooting stuff and good mannered approach to customer's concerns is truly much appreciated! His service is a five-star and surely recommends anytime!

Most of the dealings had been with my husband. But when Robyn came with parts to install the brushes he also picked up the mothering board was burnt-out and beyond repair. The way he explained with honesty and what way we should go was outstanding. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and will be using these guys in the future.

Only service people I could get before a long weekend - turned up on time, professional, had to order a part and were realistic about time frames. I appreciated that - they came as soon as the part arrived and my machine is working perfectly - thank you Robin! And to Brendon for getting someone to me!! I thought the cost was super reasonable and I would definitely use this company again!!

Hi, yes, the reason I left a 1 star review is because I couldn't leave a zero star review. You charged me $161 to tell me my washing machine wasn't economical to fix as it'd be over 4 hours of labour plus hundreds in parts, and to buy a new one. For context, its a $1500 Fisher Paykel, ~5 years old. I bought the broken part for $60 including shipping, and spent less than 2 hours to pull it apart, replace, and put back together. I'm sure someone that knew what they were doing could have done it in less than one hour, but obviously not you. So my one star review is a recommendation to not use your business, because if I followed your advice I'd be out another $1500.

I had a great experience with Harbour Appliances and thought I'd share so you can contact them with confidence too! Very prompt service compared to other companies I tried to contact and very fairly priced. My washing machine was beyond repair but Robin did a great job of explaining why and which machines I should look at buying. He fixed my dryer no problem! I'll be contacting Harbour Appliances for any repairs I need done in the future.
