Very, very, very ordinary. If they try and assign you with Jim Tawaketini, make sure you give Jim a deadline. Otherwise it will just drift on, and on, and on. Jim never bothered to inspect a driveway of mine despite multiple follow up attempts by phone and email over the course of a month. I spoke with South Roads management and there wasn't much they could do.
