Very impressed with the service here. I had an urgent issue with a water pump. I contacted Think Water at 8.30am and they sent someone out at midday. The issue was explained to me and options provided to fix it. I was fully informed of the pros and cons and costs of each so I didn’t fee misled, up sold or ripped off. I will 100% be recommending Think Water. Thank you!

Receptionist Louise was attentive and friendly. After listening to the issue she offered to engage the services of a technician to visit our site and determine the best solution. This was organised and implemented within the hour. The technician installed the equipment, tested and made sure I was happy with the outcome before departing. A skilled tradesman who worked quickly and methodically who was a pleasure to have on site.

Nothing was too much trouble and the work performed was a very high standard. We had been let down by another water filter person and when I asked Vicki could her outfit perform the work, I got a positive response and quick action. I’ve asked that I am placed on their books going forward so I have regular maintenance into the future.

Amazing service from Dale and his team. We had no water , so I rung Think Water and Dale had a technician out straight away, replaced the pump and install a UV filtration unit, the difference the unit had made to our water is amazing. The product knowledge of the team at Think Water is amazing. Highly recommended. Thank you very much.

It was such a long time ago that you replaced our pressure tank that I thought this request for a review was to do with cleaning out our septic. Please ignore last review.With regards to our pressure tank we were happy with the ervice provided and the solutions offered. The installing person did a good job and all has worked fine since thank you
