Terrible unprofessional and rude. Asian lady behind counter refuse to exchange USD to NZD till I provide her with proof of where this USD come from. When I ask her to show me any documents to proof that her request is legitimate, she first show some paper which haven't a single word about that rule. Then she tells me that she doesn't have to show me anything and I have to do what she says or go away. Worst experience I ever have from any service provider"."

The Asian lady with the brown hair was very rude and extremely unprofessional, this was my first time going to a currency exchange instead of explain it how it works to me, she literally told me off!

My wife went there to exchange a bill and was questioned regarding where it came from and doubted her and its authenticity. She was there for at least an hour. She'll gladly be happy to go back to exchanging it to the bank with less hassle.

The West City No1 currency did not have the currency I needed so I asked if the North West Mall would have any, the agent told me yes they had some, I asked him to call ahead and save me what I needed but he said I would not need to.So I drove from West City to North West, in rush hour traffic, with a 4 month old, and when I arrived was told they had none of this currency at all.Waste of my time

Didn't exchange Nepalese Rupees, wouldn't accept my Australian currency as they were coins not cash, didn't exchange Zimbabwean bills and didn't accept my Chinese currency as it was not 100+. Why is it so hard to exchange foreign currencies when it's your business's sole purpose?

The most unprofessional clowns working on west city branch. They lie when they say dont have enough cash. I ordered AUD and the guy lied in my face they don’t have and told me to wait until I get my confirmation. So I sent my wife and they had all the cash. I would never go there again but the problem is that they are the only clowns exchanging. Banks don’t exchange anymore. They need more competition to teach these clowns how business works.

Couldn't exchange my Papua New Guinea dollars so came here. They had it sorted within minutes and also exchanged my USD and Japanese Yen. 0% commission, unlike ASB in the mall that charged me $10 to buy AUD. Definitely recommend and will use in future. Thanks.
