My book arrived today well packaged and in brand new excellent condition, the problem and only complaint i have is AllTextBooks are not answering emails, poor communication i.e. no dispatch confirmation emails and or answering their phone calls. This including the terrible reviews online could help a person believe its a bit of a scam? But its not ! and knowing what i know now and the quality and savings (not the headache) I would order again!

I have spent months trying to get my books or a refund and have had no luck. I call and get told they are coming or they will find them and call me back - still waiting for a call back. I email and never get an answer. Would not recommend and I guess I have lost $290. I would give zero stars if it would let me. Very unfair

DO NOT PURCHASE from this bookstore. I have ordered a textbook from them months ago, they took the money and never sent the book. No replies to messages, emails or phone calls. Very disappointing!

The first time I purchased books through AllTextBooks, Christchurch, NZ, it was a smooth transaction and fast delivery.I ordered and paid for a book on July 5th and still have not received it. Since August 7th, I have sent messages to their Facebook account and five emails and left two phone messages. I sent a screenshot of the receipt showing that I ordered and paid for the book on July 5th. No one has bothered to communicate regarding what is happening.I have purchased the book elsewhere and hope they at least refund my money and communicate something.It is appalling customer service, and I will not waste my time with them again. I certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing anything through AllTextBooks, Christchurch, NZ AT ALL.Very sloppy customer service - very disappointing experience.It does not take much to send a reply letting someone know what has happened.

This Business is a scam, I ordered a text book - Order 3937073 in July 2021 and it was never received, Second order on 13 Feb 4131968 - also never received, no reply to emails from this business" Be aware they appear to pray on students."

My daughter ordered two textbooks at the beginning of Nov 2022 and paid $260. Received notification that they were not in stock. She has since requested a refund as university is about to start for the year and she still has not received the textbooks. All our emails and phone calls to Tony Robinson from AllTextbooks have gone unanswered and no refund has been received. This business is a scam and university students are the ones losing money. DO NOT ORDER TEXTBOOKS FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Ordered a hard to find textbook that was printed on order, this book was 'out of stock' at other textbook suppliers. Tony was easy to deal with and the book arrived in mint condition with protective cover added. There's a great selection of text books on the website and it's great that books can be printed on demand, will definitely order from this book store again

I would 100% NOT recommend this company. Ordered my book on the 10th of March and have not received it. I have emailed the company multiple times about my textbook and have had no reply. I would recommend you do NOT use this company.
