Absolutely disgraceful company to deal with. One of my investment properties has had several repeated issues with their window frames and if it didn’t have to be fixed under their warranty, I wouldn’t be dealing with this company. Totally unprofessional, uncommitted with no customer diplomacy. Considerable delays in attending to the problem, arrives unannounced, when appointment made arrives an hour late. The Fiji Indian technician was extremely rude to both my tenant and myself. He was stubborn and even initially walked off the job without fixing the problem but later returned when I spoke to their boss, Amit. To make matters, the boss realized at night that the window frames were out of warranty and sends me a text wanting to invoice me. All that stress from the morning into the night and not even an apology. I would avoid this company where possible.

I used Emit at SN Windows & Doors just recently to replace two old windows in a renovation I am doing. I found Emit and his staff to be outstandingly efficient and helpful, not only did the windows arrive on site on time , but this company went beyond efficiency and put me in touch with an amazing installer and when there was a couple of problems they assisted me totally and saved me from what could have been a great deal of stress. It has been 8 years since I hav done a full Reno and I was not as confident as I once was...so I am very grateful for a company that went the extra mile.....I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of replacement windows for their properties...they do a fine job and if there is corrections needed they do them without hesitation. Pushed off the road by the three thugs in a truck belonging to this company. If they treat an eighty year old driver like this how do you think they will treat their customers.

The worst glass company i have dealt with in 15 years of construction. We have waited close to 3 months for our windows to be installed. Change of frame size took weeks and couldnt be picked up so we had to transport frame ourselves. Glass measurements were wrong and dont fit frames. No office staff to manage orders as they were on holiday. And we are still waiting for glass onsite, no board-up offered so countless inspections failed, and deliveries we had to unload ourselves as no hi-ab or offsider in truck.. our contact tells us everyday we will be there 2moro. They are known onsite as 2moro glass.. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!

Most annoying after sale company I have ever seen in New Zealand. They have installed my main door and it’s not sealed properly. Whole winter I’ve been looking to get it fix and called more than 10+ times. Only few times answered person called Sam and said they will send some. 3 months now and nothing happened. Be careful with this type of shxxxx

Excellent Service. Ashwin was very very helpful, speedy, and very knowledgeable. Completed all the jobs to a very high standard. Highly Recommended.

Worst company to deal with. Have to constantly chase them up to get anything done. They don’t pick up or respond and when they say they will come they don’t and keep making excuses. What a nightmare

One of their drivers cut me off dangerously at a roundabout and gave me the finger when I beeped.Can't even own up to a mistake on the road, imagine how they'd install your glass

Do not use this supplier unless you want atleast 3 months delay on your project. No one awnser the phone when orders are delayed and you need to constantly visit warehouse to chase up on them.Poor planning and when your items are finally delivered they manage to miss atleast one window.Don't go after the cheapest option.
