My second time being here. First time for WOF fixing, they even went extra miles to recheck in VTNZ after fixing and got WOF passed. I was impressed by their caring service. Today I went there for the driver side door, they had it checked with no fee. Thanks Dave and the team, for your time and efforts, what’s more, your kindness. Lang would always be my priority to go while staying in Queenstown!

Fairly decent pricing and helpful willing to work with you but hit me up about a totally non structural bumper support over my wof. They have the right to fail for any deformation from factory but it was a tiny piece of metal holding in place a 5mm piece of plastic. It's not doing anything in a collision really.

The best service we have got in New Zealand so far. Guys were great, super helpful, fast and gave us a really good price. We couldn't hoped for a better deal in our situation. I recommend them for 100%!

Literally the best machanic around. We had three cars done service, and one car repaired here. David is very knowledgable, reliable, and fair on price. The only drawback is he is too busy! I had to go to another mechanic when David told me the next reservation needed to be half a month later. From the other mechanic, I got an $200 bill, and the same problem came out on the same day. I had to come back to ask David's suggestion.

I was provided superb service from the team at Lang Automotive, from a straightforward and informative booking until the service I needed on my car was completed. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs and questions when picking up my car, and even took it for a WOF recheck. I had rung many mechanics in the area for quotes and most were double the price for the same job, LANG even stayed with the quoted price given to me before booking. Genuine and reliable mechanic for sure.

Super kind and helpful. They got my car in immediately after I failed my WOF, fixed it promptly and even took it back to get the new WOF sorted without me asking! I highly recommend.

That was $80 for a 10min basic car check for a long trip, without touching a single screw or open a cap. Don’t know the reputation at local but Won’t recommend for any travelers

We own a small campervan company based in Auckland. One of our vans had a potential issue and I arranged with David over the phone for him to take a look. Calling from Auckland I was nervous that I was unable to see the problem myself and trust a mechanic to give me a reliable diagnosis. David took a look and confirmed all was OK and sent our travelers on there way. He didn't charge anything for his time despite doing a thorough inspection. Great service. Thanks David!
