If I could give them zero, I would.Trethewey managed to get the tap hole in the wrong spot, and chipped the corner. They glued it back on and hoped we wouldn't notice.Our backsplash was heavily chipped along the edges which they hid by covering it in a thick layer of silicon which looked terrible. They generously" offered us a $1000 discount if we'd keep it.The best bit is
