Was well recommended by a couple of people. Couldn't get through on phones several times so left a couple of messages a week apart and a month later, still hadn't had a reply. Told the people who recommended her, they said she is hard to get hold of and late with replying. Not good when you need a lawyer who can communicate well in a situation where communication is one of the issues.
