About the Business

Cured Premium Salami | At Cured we use natural ingredients, traditional techniques, and well refined recipes and add a modern twist. We smoke all of our salami naturally using Manuka smoke. Our house cure recipe was perfected over many years at the hands of passionate butchers to allow the main meats and flavours stand out.

Recently bought the Garlic and the Smokey Jalapeño. Amazing flavours…used them with cheese, wine and crackers, inside meatballs, on pizzas, sandwiches and just on their own.Probably the best Salami we have ever had!

Kurt and the team at Cured produce some absolutely fantastic products. They are my go-to for every successful hunt when I'm getting some small goods done. I love the patties, sausages, biersticks and their trademark salami. They're always innovating and coming up with some great new products too. Give them a try, you can't go wrong.

Hail Mary, mother of all things yummy! These salamis are unreal. Discovered them at the local Home Show. Especially recommend the 'Reaper'! On the pricier side but worth every penny.

Had the jalapeño and cheese that was the favorite. Also got the venison which was really good.
