We recently used off grid electrical to have a heat pump installed. They were very fast with availability, showed up on time with very friendly team members and did a great job. We are very pleased with the quality of the installation and the helpful hints and tips they gave us. Would definitely recommend and will use them again. Thank you!

Off Grid fitted my new house with all the electrics and a ducted heat pump. All the guys were awesome, efficient and professional throughout. They kept me informed through the whole process and nothing was too much, even when changing electrical plans may times!Would definitely recommend Off Grid .

I wouldn't recommend Off Grid Electrical, they have botched my heat pump installation ,and water pours out on to our carpet when we use it for cooling.Have tried several times to get them back to remedy ,they make times and appointments and then never show up.Poor communication, and very unprofessional.

Just wanted to recommend these guys for any electrical work you need to get done or if you are looking for a new heat pump.They just fitted our heatpump and we chucked some extra jobs on them too which we hadn't discussed and it was no bother to them at all. Everything I needed done was done...easy!They do what they say they will WHEN they say they will which is what we want right! No mucking you about.We have found them super easy to deal with. The whole team are awesome and I highly recommend them

Called around 9am on 22nd December, needed oven disconnected ASAP... Amy said they'd do their best to get here but no guarantees given the time of year - I had to leave for auckland around lunch that same day - and I had a sparky in the driveway and disconnecting the oven within the hour.No fuss, excellent service, would highly recommend!!
