Did a takeaway. Burger was ok but the service was very slow. Waited for more than 40min even though there wasn’t many customer. They did apologise and gave us a pack of free fries.

Trying to get a thick shake at burger king Rotorua is a joke....the machine is always broken. (wink wink!!!!) not really. Apparently nobody likes to clean the machine, so I've been told, therefore the customers miss out, I mean... why advertise them if you can't get it!!

Went there on Matariki day at around 9:30am and we were the only customers inside. The cashier was not friendly and was grunting. Such an unpleasant way of greeting tourists.

Poor customer service, I tried calling about missing items. Also, Indian manager doesn't wear gloves when preparing food and plays on phone between making burgers.. Disgusting! Saw her through the drive through window. NEVER GO TO FENTON BK

Absolutely disgusting food. Asked for a chicken burger got a meat one. Salad was limp, too much dressing and bread doughy. Extremely disappointed would never go back there.
