Use a different agency - DO NOT TRUST THEM. I attempted to use this company to help me migrate from Canada to Australia. All I did was reach out to this company to become a client; I then asked approximately 5 questions about specific visas to help me figure out which visa to apply for. Without even them doing any work or even applying to any my visas I was told I owed them approximately 1500$ in work done to date. When I asked what work, they said I was essentially charged 1500$ for them to type up a contract, tell me my visa options (I had only 4 options?), and answer my questions; an example of a question I had was How long do I need to work in a State with this visa until I can move?" and I was charged approximately 250$ just for that.
