Absolutely amazing place with very reasonable food, pounamu & lots of other delightful household things. Very clean, staff cheerful, friendly & humourous. I just wish I had more time to spend there on my travels.

We stopped by on a rainy day to find a shelter and a coffee. We felt welcomed straight away as the personal was super friendly! Ordered a cappuccino with oat milk and honestly tasted the best cappuccino of whole NZ so far!! (And it has been 5 months of travelling through NZ already). Really recommend a stop here!

Nice place to stop for a coffee. Our dogs were welcome to sit outside with us and the staff came out to meet them which is always nice and makes you feel welcome. Fresh cream donut from the cabinet was a real treat.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was great and well priced, atmosphere saves you on a rainy day. Best cafe on the road so far.

Fabulous place. Lots of great goodies and the staff serving us so cheerful and Friendly. Clean as and would go again when I'm up that way. Check it out travellers....awesome cafe.

Made a quick stop for a takeaway coffee, so can't comment on the food, but the flat white was OK. The place itself is great, nice and open and light. As the name suggests you can buy locally made honey on site, which I'm sure is delicious but again, didn't sample. Service was friendly and fast, it wasn't busy but I imagine it would be pumping on the weekends!

Really well positioned if you are in need of refreshment on the road. The staff are absolutely lovely! I had a chocolate milkshake which was super yummy and full of flavour. The cabinet food looked delicious and there are lots of items for sale from local crafters/artists as well as plentiful honey products!Outside is dog friendly, they even have a water bowl for your pooch!

Staff are really friendly and kind, all smiles. Food is much better than you'd think for a small roadside stop. Also delicious honey to taste and buy.
