Open on a Saturday morning which was a plus for us as we had to organise travel and hotels quickly. Very personal and professional and lots of email follow up during the days before we traveled.

Have really enjoyed working with Steve to help get us sorted for our first family holiday - that was booked initially over a year ago but due to Covid restrictions, we were unable to go. So we had a credit that needed to be used and Steve was truly awesome at getting things in place and we have finally got our holiday to look forward to! Super friendly, majorly helpful and we are so absolutely grateful to Steve and his team! Highly recommend and will use in the future for sure!

Kylie and Steve are great, have organised several items of travel recently and nothing is a problem, smooth organisation when you are planning your travel.I did run into some pretty significant problems due to the recent cyclone, was due to fly out Auckland on a long haul flight, unfortunately hit lots of flight cancellations at the same time as thousands of other travellers in Auckland because of the bad weather. A phone call to Kylie and we were quickly organised onto a new flight. So we are able to head off for some dinner as hundreds of other people at the airport tried to change flights at the airline counters, so I definitely recommend the team at Hello World The Lakes, they have your back if you need them.Added bonus if you have some American Express points you can redeem them here too!A very happy customer here.

I literally couldn't recommend Helloworld travel enough, what a super company. Kylie was AMAZING! Nothing seemed to phase her and she went above and beyond. She kept in regular communication with us, with updates and simply just to check that everything was going ok. After booking our flights she provided additional information and links to 'travelling with an infant' for our respective airlines, American ESTA applications, and helped us book airport day hotels where appropriate. We finally made it to Rarotonga 2and a half years after our original booking.Hello world has been fantastic in getting refunds from our original booking and then finding the best suitable accommodation for our extended family of 14 a special thanks to Katie ,nothing was too much trouble too her.

Steve has been fantastic! He dropped everything to get some last minute flights & accomodation sorted for a large group of us. Hugely appreciated all the work you put into this & the attention to detail. I highly recommend the Lakes Helloworld :)
