Michele created a beautiful wedding present for some of our friends. She took our extremely vague idea and turned it into an amazing design - and she was so fast! Michele was always accommodating and super easy to communicate with - I had replies to my random questions so fast.The bride and groom loved our wedding present, and they will treasure them for many years (the bride even said her husband wasn't allowed to use the etched milk bottles for their intended purpose as glasses as he would ruin them!).Thank you so much to Michele for being so wonderful! Michele of Michele’s Looking Glass recently completed 4 glass panels to go in new kitchen doors and which match existing entrance doors. We are thrilled with the results and the experience dealing with her.She was very responsive and quickly grasped what was needed and then produced templates for our approval, on what was quite an intricate design. Her attention to fine detail and her skilful execution in completing it are a testament to her talent and professionalism. Would not hesitate in recommending her services to anyone.And to top it all off, she is a thoroughly pleasant and agreeable person to deal with.Can’t beat that!

Michele has completed two jobs for our organisation recently, both had completely different requirements. Michele was wonderful to work with; she provided outstanding customer service going out of her way to source glasses and trophies and work with us to ensure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. Her workmanship was excellent and pricing competitive. She completed one of our projects on a very tight deadline. We were delighted with the results.
