I can't rave about this place enough.I went in to get a wedding band made, feeling slightly awkward that they specialise in big beautiful diamonds but I wanted something more on the plain gold side.Adrian made the experience so great! He listened to what I wanted and took my design and created something perfect and I left on such a high!He also told me to come back just before my wedding to get my engagement ring all polished up which I did today and the girls in the store were all super lovely, helping me fix a broken link on a bracelet while I was there.Highly recommend to everyone, and if ever I need jewellery made in the future, this is where I will be coming too!Thanks guys

My family has been shopping with Adrian and team for a while and have always found to be a pleasure seeing them.Great customer service and as usual, expert advise . Quality products and they cater for a wide range of budget. Very Friendly and customers are always treated the same regardless of how much you spend with them.Most of all, there have more occasions where Adrian hadn't charged me for repairs etc and the latest was that there was a bill for $75.00 for a repair on my watch which was put on the house yet again.Thank you so so very much for this gesture.Would very highly recommend.Kindest regardsMobin

A wonderful experience for my fiancee and I to choose the perfect ring and we were delighted with the result. We were able to customize one of the designs to our preferences. Couldn't have asked for anything better! So happy! Adrian looked after my partner and I to find our wedding bands, he made it such an easy and comfortable experience from the beginning to the end result. We can't be happier with how amazing they look! He came up with a concept for my wedding band so it could fit around my engagement ring and so the design would also compliment it really well (that had been a worry of mine given shape and colours) and they look amazing together! Got both my engagement ring and the wedding bands from here custom made! The staff were super friendly and helpful along every step of the way! Pricing was very fair and they were able to make it work within our time frame while answering every question we had with the utmost professionalism. Made us feel very happy and lucky to get our most important jewelry from here and we will definitely be coming here for any future needs!

Adrian and the excellent team at Fifth Avenue Diamond Expertsdesigned and made a beautiful ring for me. They explained in my lay terms ,the process of selecting a diamond and the best shape for me.The end result is stunning and I appreciate the very professional care theyprovided. I unfortunately had to submit an insurance claim for my engagement ring that I had owned & loved for 25 years. My insurance company referred me to Fifth Avenue. I told Adrian what I was after, he found me a magnificent stone (rectangular radiant cut) & had the ring made in an updated style from the original. We had many back & forth emails & all my questions were patiently answered by either Adrian or another team member. When I went to pick it up I was honestly blown away by how amazing it looked! I couldn't process what Adrian was saying, it was like Charlie Brown with adults doing the wah whoa wah
