Service is appalling. As a head chef have never seen a rep from this department in the 5 years I've been at current employer. No communication or apologies for delivery stuff ups! Feel for the drivers coping the grunt from customers.

I would have given less than 1. Customers service is bad. Delivery drivers are amazing but customer service on telephonic really bad.
