What great food in a very remote location. The best chips I have had in decades! And great burgers and friendly staff. This place is out of the park and has heaps of atmosphere!

This was the best whitebait fritters I’d ever had! Great venue with antlers everywhere. Keesha and Nathan made our night!!! Definitely worth the stop on the way up the West Coast!!

natural lunch stop if you are moving from south to west or the other way. super friendly and polite staff who go the extra mile. food portions are enormous for the average Asian and the steak is very good.

Incredible food!! This place is better than most Sydney pubs/hotels. Also, servings are generous!Get the venison burger, lamb, and Tuatara hazy. Finish it off with their very-homemade cheese cake!

Dropped by for lunch when I was driving through Haast. Very interesting interior design with all of the antlers up for display and friendly customer service.I ordered the fish burger, which was really delicious. Also, I loved that they seasoned their chips with what I think was salt, pepper and cilantro. It made it all that much tastier. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area.

Good burgers. Very big! Personally I didn't eat the second pattie as I prefer a more smash burger style. Chips were good.

Best chips ever. Seasoned to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Would certainly come back for more!

Great Fish and Ship, Salted Caramel Cheesecake and a basket of fries.I enjoyed the hot food here, The staff is helpful and nice.a lot of local beers here, Hazy, Gold, Apple cider and many more cocktail and wines.A toilet is clean.Please come and enjoy here.I am highly recommented.I highly
