It was a terrible experience with XI YANG YANG HOLIDAYS . We booked New Zealand 10 days holiday in April 2019.The hotel room we stayed in Greymouth was old , full of mould smell,small and noisy( car can be driven pass our door )Hotel in Christchurch was not Ibis hotel in the city like brochure said. it was far away from the city , small ,noisy room.(again any car can pass our doorstep )7people of our tour group lodged a complaint to tour company which was XI YANG YANG HOLIDAYS, never had any response.A lot of other things also made us feel bad when we were on the tour .
