The driver was friendly and bin was placed exactly where I requested online. The bin was a little bigger than what I anticipated but that worked out perfectly for us as we managed to fill it. The lady on the phone was lovely. Accommodating my request, answered questions afterwards, changing the placement of the bin easily when I realised I had given the wrong place.We required another bin, which was swapped instantly when the full one was collected (on time, like they said). I was made aware immediately that my bin was over the weight limit.All in all, a very happy customer - would definitely use Easy Skips again.Thanks.

This is the second bin company we have used post floods and we found the communication excellent with this company. The person on the main line was very responsive and helpful and text reminders were useful.

It was really easy to book and pay. They were very responsive to my communication with concern about impact of cyclone on rubbish disposal. Bin was delivered exactly as requested and picked up safely and taken away. Really happy with entire process and highly recommend.

My first time hiring a skip bin and I’m glad it was through “Easy Skips” the name speaks for itself, loved the communication I had with the person on the other end as I was requesting to hire last minute day before the delivery day and the punctuality of the driver being on time to drop off and pick up overall everything was smooth and EASY :) .Definitely would recommend them to anyone wanting to hire a skip and I so would definitely use them again in the future.Thank you Easy Skips Limited.

We were wanting a skip bin at such short notice and was referred to this company by my best friend after searching for one for a few days and to no avail all the other options I was looking at couldn't deliver when I was needing it. I was able to get the bin delivered the next day with a quote that included delivery, pick up and gst. There was no fault in how they treated us and I'd recommend them to family, friends and those who are looking for a friendly, responsive, quick, easy and priced reasonably well skip bin company. Thank you for making our clear out a breeze and will be coming back to hire another in the near future :)

Very fast when I requested a quote. Drop off and pick up went great aswell. They are a 4day bin hire but if you order on the Saturday they pick up Wednesday, making it an extra day at no cost to get the last little bits and pieces out.

Easy Skips lived up to their name. Simple on line application for bin hire with separate quotes for each bin size. Prompt service and immediate reply. The delivery driver accomodated my change of drop zone at the last minute with great driving skill to fit through narrow gates. Prompt pick up with notification by text the day before and phone call from the office to inform me the driver was about to pick up. Will definitely use this company again.

I always try to buy local as it’s important to me to support local businesses and I find they value your custom more.Easy Skips we’re brilliant to deal with. They took time to provide informative advice on the size of skip required, without overselling. Their delivery driver was punctual and polite and ensured we got the bin in the optimal location. The entire process was stress free in every aspect and inexpensive.Next time I need to hire a skip, I know exactly who’ll use.
