They had done the job exactly as I needed. No appointment needed. They take first come first serve. I must have came in at good timing as I had not waited a minute.

Really loved my experience getting a facial. Treated really well, she made sure to keep checking in to make sure I was comfortable and made me aware that I had a voice if I would like anything changed. Will absolutely be coming back

Only Ur's Beauty Parlour brilliant! School holidays are here - as I avoid appt I LOVE this small Dunedin business, that I can just pop in! Tried to drive past last week, no parks, but I entered the ‘no exit’ part of the street today, park right outside and out in 30 minutes! Great service, owners and staff really skilled.

I had an extremely bad experience last week. I went for a facial and they asked to wait for my serial and after 30 minutes when my serial came they requested me to wait bit longer and took in new customer to give service who came at least 30 minutes later than me. After 45 minutes of waiting, I talked to one of them and asked if I need to wait longer. I mentioned that if I need to wait longer then I have to buy a new parking ticket. They told me it will take time. After extending my parking ticket, I came back and then they called for me and mentioned that they can't give me the service today, I need an appointment for that! I asked them why they didn't mention it at the first place when I first signed my name? There was no Sorry, no guiltiness... nothing! I never experience such unprofessional behavior. Not going back ever.

Never again. The staff member I dealt with was lovely but clearly not properly trained. The waxing was so painful I had to ask that it stop. The staff member kindly charged me half price. More than one staff member observed with their masks around their chins.

Went here the other day, I walked out feeling very very happy with my eyebrows, I had them threaded and tinted for such a great price! It was such quick service I think I was only in the waiting room for about 5 mins when it was really busy! Also the actual threading of the eyebrows was done super well Ive been to place where they have put no creams or anything on my face but here was different!,I was constantly asked if I was happy with how they looked and was treated very well! definitely recommend!

PLZ DONT GO HERE, i got an eyelash lift/perm and obviously the place wasn’t clean because i now have conjunctivitis in both of my eyes. the lady that did my lashes was very rough and it was painful because it felt as she pulled some lashes out. if you want good service and sanitation, go somewhere else and pay that little bit extra.

I went there for the first time, for eyebrows. The person nicked my skin on both eyelids. She was very rough. The others might be better. But now I have two wounds on my eyelids :( the shape is fine though.

Jamila was amazing - super professional, took her time - you could feel the care she was taking - and she had a genuine warmth and smile. Nicest staff member I’ve had there yet, thank you.
