Rex was excellent and the two ebike conversion kits worked perfectly. Took less than 4 hours to convert both bikes. Performs better than the over priced ebikes and much cheaper too. Glad I used a NZ supplier rather than ebay. The price after shipping was similar and local support and knowledge is invaluable.Highly recommend Venture Scooters.

Rex was really helpful, answered all my questions and advised me on the best kit and battery options for what I wanted from my ebike conversion.Lead times were reasonable and realistic, the conversion kit, battery, battery bag and charger are all high quality and were fairly priced.After sales service has also been excellent. Recently brought a golf scooter, Venture was recommended by friends as a reliable, quality supplier. I found Venture absolutely lived up to the recommendations. Rex ( owner) is clearly extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his business and stands out in a competitive market. There are plenty of alternatives in the market but none I could find that could give full after sales service and prompt responses to questions. No questions were unanswered, the full benefits of the scooter, maintenance and operation fully explained.I am delighted with the scooter and have no hesitation in fully recommending Venture as a quality supplier.

Rex took the time to call me after I had placed my order and confirm a couple of details. The order was shipped very promptly (I ordered late Wednesday and it was on my doorstep on Friday afternoon).
