The store has a nice range of items, many of which I have not seen somewhere else. But what sets it above most mobile repair shops is the staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and honest to a standard I have not encounter often. I went in there with a phone that could not be charged and it took them 2 minutes to identify and solve the issue. 10/10 would go again.

If I could give no star. I would have done that. I got an installation phone screen protector. One of the staff mad mistake installed smaller one and they even use uv glue on my phone case. At the end I got my phone screen looks weird. If my phone drop. The screen will gt broken easily. The funny things when I talked to them. One of the staff rude as heck. Don't know even how to do customer service. You guys made mistake and give bad service almost brok my phone with the glueOne of staff name Levi really kind wanna offer full refund and replace a more proper protector. However, the older guy talked rude and say no. Not even apologise and argue with us . After put glue on my phone case. Still said it might be me the one put glue on in on purpose.. OMG how could a shopping person did that?I hope the older guy just get more strictly trainded. No ethics at all.I didn't mind about the case. But an apologise is very important when you made MISTAKE

I can't recommend this store enough. They stock phone cases that are both practical and affordable. I paid $25 for a wallet phone case that probably would have cost me $60 elsewhere. They also do really affordable screen protectors and apply them for free. This service is very fast and professional. The team there are always helpful and friendly. Thanks team! I'll be back again.

Was walking around the store with my daughter waiting for my partner to buy a phone case. We were approached by a staff member who complemented my daughter, saying she was cute for carrying my shopping bag from another store. I picked my daughter up and was asked how old she was, to which I replied 2. The lady then had the audacity to open the bag whilst it was in my daughter's hand and have a look inside.From my understanding this is illegal as I never gave consent.She could've just asked to have a look.

Bad service and unprofessional staff. My friend and I purchase tempered glass from the store and they install it wrongly, all glue leak to the phone case and phone body. They also put wrong tempered glass, which the size is too smaller than the real screen it self. We complain and one of the staff is so rude with us and he accused us we did on purpose. Actually I plan to go back next week to purchase some stuff from the store, but after this, I change my mind and never go back to this store anymore.

i went in there to look for a screen protector. i went to the front desk and the lady showed me where it was so i looked at it and decided which one. i picked up one and the lady shoved it back down to put it down and said that its not your size. very rude of her

Horrible quality and poor customer service. Screen protector stop sticking to screen after 5 months.(didn’t have any drops or water damage). Refuse to do anything. Absolutely useless. You can buy more quality screen protector from 2 dollars shop with better appliances and better costumer service
