Would be better if this business as Sparks only Wellington City Business Centre was actually downtown Wellington CBD where the bulk of the businesses are, instead of being half way down Thorndon Quay which is not walkable in the rain or miserable weather. However, that aside, the moment you step into Spark,'s world its not hard to figure out why they are best in the business that they operate in. Some of their services are quite inflexible eg cloud voice but what you can count on is delivery, reliability and dependability. Staff are great, very friendly, assistive and efficient. All in all a very good experience visiting this centre to set up business communication services - thus would in my opinion be the benchmark that the smaller telcos should aspire to achieve.
