OPSM Lynnmall

I came into OPSM today and Natalie was really professional and treated me so well! She catered to my needs very well following my new prescription and made me feel comfortable. Annie my optometrist was wonderful as well and answered any questions I had with really good recommendations for my eye health. Will be back :)

Natalie was so exceptionally helpful, walked in with a wonky pair of glasses and she had them fixed in a jiffy with a smile. Assisted us with such professionalism. Would definitely recommend asking for her if you need help with anything in store!

Never ever using OPSM lynnmall again for anyone in my family and will not recommend to anyone either. I gotglasses made for my mum and she uses very high index glasses which are very expensive. We selected a frame from OPSM. When my parents went to pick up the glasses today the attendant told my parents it was our own frame so they refused to supply glass case. Seriously OPSM, you bunch are liars as the frame was selected from your store. We have always used SPEC SAVERS but thought we would give OPSM a try and what a mistake it has been. Never again am I supporting this bunch of LIARS who have no ethics or business values for their clients. What kind of eye glass business refuses to supply glass case with glasses??We didn't supply the frame, it was from your store and Sarah should know it as she was the one who showed the frames. Makes all sense why there is a queue at spec savers in the same mall while you bunch hardly have anyone in your store. We paid over $600 for 1 pair of eye glass and this is the service we get. Even stores and pharmacies that only sell reading glasses supply cases when you purchase glasses from them.

Great service. I popped in this evening to get new nose pads on my frame, and also had the hinges aligned so they were back in there proper place (after a mishap at the beach today) To the nice lady who served me, I'm so sorry I can't remember your name! Thank you very much for your help :-)

Happy with new glasses and the professionalism of the staff. But I spent $360, not including what they charged Southern Cross. And I only got a cloth bag! No case or even cleaning cloth.

I went into OPSM lynmall this afternoon as the screw from my specs , which i had purchased from you 2 years ago fell out. I was told by the staff member at the desk that the person who does the repairs was sick and i should come another day. Well since i am at work it’s inconvenient for me to do so She said I could come again or risk her not doing a proper job. I wonder how difficult a job was this. I was extremely disappointed as I am unable to read or write , which my job entails without proper specs. I happened to pass Spec Savers and walked in and explained the problem to the young man at the desk even explaining to him that i had not purchased the specs from them. He was extremely helpful and courteous and did the job for me at once. I wasn’t surprised to see Spec Savers full of customers whereas OPSM was empty. Is it really that hard for the person on duty to have fixed my specs with a new screw ? Its not as if it was in a 1000 pieces.

A beautiful variety of glasses, with staff that were approachable and courteous. Highly recommend Sarah, as she was professional yet friendly, ensuring I had a quality experience.

Your booking system needs a major overhaul.Got to my appointment on time and was told the optometrist I was booked in to see had finished her shift early. I queried why I wasn't informed and the guy at the counter said they tried ringing me to reschedule and that I might have missed the call; I did not miss the call, the lady I spoke to over the phone called to confirm the appointment date and time.When probed further, the supposed 'missed call' was made a whole 7 days prior to the appointment.Seriously? You can't spare a minute to ring me on the morning of, heck even an hour prior to the appointment? Thanks for wasting my time
