I waited at the counter for like 15mins - no one spoke to me for the first little bit which was fine I was happy to wait as they where busy. An older lady who was packing meals basically told me She couldn't get too me, so I asked if it was better for me to go the drive thru. She said it was likely faster. Noted - never go inside cause drive thru is priority. Annoyed at how she brushed off my time wasted standing there though. I get your busy but customer service is literally your job, maybe be a touch more plesent and advise people before they wait 15 mins that drive is the place to be.

Foods sort of a hit or miss. Some days it's great others not so much. Whilst using the drive-thru service I usually wait 2-5 before I can even place my order.Sometimes I get everything I order and sometimes I do not. I understand they are short staffed most times and that's one of the possible reasons for the delay. But all in all when you need your KFC fix, you need your KFC fix.

The older lady who served me in Drive threw I asked if it’s possible to change the drinks to a 1.5 got a straight no. Asked for drinks no ice she bluntly said we don’t do ice we have cans. Got to my order and asked is it possible to add a 1.5 to order she said no I already put your order threw if you want it the lines not long your have to drive threw again..thank god the food was good as for the service absolutely horrible

was trying to transfer money wasn’t even 30 seconds yet and the old rude lady told me she’s cancelling my order. so rude like kfc te puke has slow service anyways so me taking 40 seconds to transfer money wasn’t putting them back alot

There was a queue of customers and a little wait. The staff acknowledged me and said they won't be long while getting other orders ready first. When my order was taken, I asked for a specific piece of chicken and got it. Some of the other branches don't do it. It was worth the wait.

Good place. Although presentation of shop changed not so long ago. Does not appeal to me. Mostly clean in Drive though. Food was good.

Tonight I purchased KFC in TePuke. The chicken was beautiful... fresh and not greasy. The food was also packaged nicely... not just thrown at the box. Thankyou team

I ordered 12 wings but then when I got home I found out that I got only 10 wings. Is it pretty hard to count correctly or is it the way to earn more money?Next time if you guys go and get your food, don't forget to open the box and check before leaving. Very disappointed.
