Good range of equipment, friendly staff and great after sales support. I've had no issues returning dead or faulty equipment for repair, replacement or refund, during the warranty period.If they aren't running a sale at the time you look just wait a week or two because there will always be a sale coming soon.The website is awesome, I can check stock levels before visiting the store, or order online.I highly recommend this shop for tech stuff.

Fantastic customer service by Yong and 2 others. Yong gave me good advice on a specific cable I needed and together with his 2 colleagues helped me load a bulky Samsung TV into my car. If you want genuine customer service, PB Tech Petone is the place to go to. Very highly recommended!

Made a major purchase here. Being short I had to raise my hand to get attention as the sales person asked my husband if he wanted some assistance, even though he was just sitting in a chair waiting for me to get served. When I did eventually get the attention, all went smooth, and all the gear I needed was in stock, unlike some of the rival companies that said they would need to order it in. My invoice was emailed to me by the staff member who was very friendly.

Been buying from PBTech in Wellington for a couple decades now and then. Now they're closer to home I've been buying more than i should. Easy hassle free click and collect purchases. Staff are happy to help when I'm wandering around the store.

Qiang Zhang is a rock-solid problem solver. My old PC was not able to connect to my new AOC monitor using the DP to HDMI cable. Qiang helped me to do the troubleshooting and came up with a new solution using the DP to VGA adapter. He is amazing with his great problem-solving skills and patience with customers. Highly recommend to whom has tricky ICT product issues.

Obligatory reference to parking! There are about 7 bays out the front. I’ve never arrived and not found a space.Great sales with a range of payment methods, NOT loving the % added for the different payment methods.Seems to get orders in quite quickly.Staff - hit and miss as to helpfulness and knowledge.Not happy to have bought a Chromebook and it didn’t work. Missing the instruction manual. QR code indicated the warranty ran out a year ago. Over the phone was told it sounded like a refurbished model. In store another guy said the laptops power plugs are changed from US, so the instruction manual must have gotten lost. I don’t know enough about Chromebook’s to know if that’s possible.Have pre ordered iPads, iPods and a few other bits during the sales.

Simply amazed by Mark Wang quick and efficient service!!!! Yesterday afternoon took the broken desktop in for inspection, today moring told me the inspection result. 2pm went in to the store decided to build another one, 2.30pm out of the store, 2hrs later told me I can pick up my new gaming desktop pc @ 5pm!!!!! The same day!!!!Thank u Mark & PB tech Petone! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Had an amazing experience with Jue. We were very disappointed with the Wellington store after being sold incorrect items by staff there. We went to the Petone store to sort out the issue. Jue was attentive and came up with solutions to the issue. Thank you again!

Really good store.I think the staff are still finding their feet, and busy getting the store ready. So if you are wanting one-one undivided attention wait a week or two.This store has pretty much everything I was looking for and the prices aren't too bad too. The parking is an issue. There's only 6 maybe 7 parks on site. The street has parking issues as well, so just account for this. I managed to get a park 1st visit and had to find parking the 2nd.Staff are friendly but busy! I kind of go there to look at gear after finding on-line.But it is very clean and tidy ( although randomly they have an office set up on the floor which makes it a bit awkward to look at the shelves behind them).The front door security guy is lovely, so bonus point for him!
