I’ve never been so disappointed before in purchasing a lounge suit. It’s been 2 years since we first paid for a new lounge suite. It took 6 months to arrive and one of the levers were broken. After another year the lever broke again and the cushions started to collapse. Noone replied to my email so my husband went in to see them. We asked them to take it away and we would get something else. It cost us another $580 in August, and we’re told the second suite is not covered by a warranty because we used the warranty up on the first suite. Now I’m told we wont see the single lazy boy or centre console until November.The delivery man was extremely rude and stomped his feet in my lounge because he thought it was going to be difficult to get the lounge suite in through the gate. It wasn’t.I will never purchase from Big Save again.

Great choice of furniture with very attractive prices

We went into Big Save Napier window shopping for beds and left with a new one. A staff member was fantastic and took us through their range without any pressure. This and the fact they had a great deal on resulted in a purchase. They maintained communication whilst awaiting delivery and the bonus was it arrived ahead of schedule. Fantastic service throughout.

Helpful team as always. Would give 5 stars but don't like to feel pressured in buying additional, then they note that on the sales doc. Customer declined mattress protector." My son is a student on a limited budget & $150 protector is far too expensive for his $500 sale. It's upsetting for commission & bit off putting. Otherwise

Had bed’s believed great service great people

Wonderful service from Tammy, when we were looking at buying a bed for our spare room. She was professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. We’re very happy with our purchase.
