In a world where good customer service has all but faded, Canteros shines through like a beam of smoky light. Grant the owner who is a Cigar guru clearly loves what he does. This carries through as he took the time to help us with what to chose and all sorts of tips and knowledge about the cigar world. A fantastic must visit gem, hidden among Christchurch. We will be back.

10/10 would recommend to a friend. Canteros is the best place to buy cigars online period. There cigars are priced the best in New Zealand, if you know anything about cigars other online shops are over priced. They have a vast list of cigars and equipment involving them. There staff are awesome to replying super fast over email and helping me out with questions and query’s.I highly recommend Canteros

Very poor customer service and experience, even after spending thousands with this company. They've also got questionable non law abiding business practices. I'd avoid them, getting a Customs permit and buying from offshore is a much easier process.
