Great product, excellent knowledgeable friendly staff

I chose to install my Wave Shade myself having reasonably good practical skills. I preinstalled the 4 suspension wire anchor points before ordering my shade.My wave shade was delivered on a Friday and I installed it over the weekend. Installation was straightforward but requires care. I must say that I am very impressed with the high quality of the Wave Shade. It replaces a conventional shade sail which had to be installed at the beginning of the season and removed at the end, something that was proving increasingly difficult.Now I can extend or retract my shade whenever required!

The Wave Shade crew were extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. The wave shade completed a renovation of our north facing deck such that we will be able to use the deck in summer, with nice shade! And still let in the winter sun. An amazing company with a great product. I spent a few weeks researching for a shade that was elegant, simple and functions well for my deck and pergola. I worked with shade expert Zoe who managed my custom shade along with technicians who kindly provided detailed plans and drawings for my custom shade. We even had a phone call (US to NZ) to discuss installation. Once the plans were finalized the shades were quickly constructed & delivered. The shades were installed with the help of detailed instructions. And they look wonderful!Everyone who worked on my project from Canopi Shade was fantastic, extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond. A technician offered to speak over the phone during the installation process. It was refreshing to receive such great customer service. Go with Canopi Shade you will not be disappointed.
