Kia ora! I was recommended to seek Jamie's services and attended a couple of sessions with him. I found them really useful. He helped me unpack some of the myths I had created around myself and though it is still a journey, it has helped me progress. What I liked was that Jamie let me lead the way and adjusted and adapted our session as we went along. It was a combination of body work for an injury I had no idea was still significant, deep questioning and an intense session on going deeper (my words!). The sessions were responsive and felt safe.
