Job took far to long to finish 3weeks, truck came back to me with issues, some noticeable and some underlying which were noticed by the mechanic but did not notify me until confronted. Absolutely disappointed with the service especially since I've been bringing my families vehicles to Mangapapa for years. Such a shame. Lost business.

got new goodride tyre awhile ago, shortly after bubbles appeared on the inside of the tyre. so took it back, addressed the issue and the tyreman was as surprised as me so instructed I leave there and wait for goodride tyre rep. later I made contact only to find out the rep said the cause of the issue was the way I drove.. i have a lengthy car and tyre history, and usually get my tyres from Mamagapapa garage and this has never happened before. thoughts are possibly a manufacture fault and hoping for it to be replaced but found no one was willing to help resolve the issue. now I'll think twice about getting tyres from Managapapa again

I travel a lot of miles for my work and rely on the team at Mangapapa Garage to keep my vehicle in tip top condition. Reception/administration and mechanics do a great job, excellent timeframes and are really helpful. Any minor problems in service are able to be discussed with management. I highly recommend Mangapapa Garage for great service.

Just had my ute in with them and told the lady when I booked in, my ute is squeaking an she booked me under a fan belt replacement and the owner I think his name is Neil called me before they did any work to confirm what was happening an they replaced my fan belt anyway an charged me $220 for the belt even though it wasn't the problem. Very dissatisfied with NOT having the problem fixed they wouldn't refund me my $220 an said I could bring it back in so they can look at it again but no way would I bring anything back to this place an pay on top of what I already have! Very unprofessional!!!
