If you want to pay upwards of $1200NZD per fortnight for a rented apartment that, while is very beautiful in pictures, is far from this in reality then this is for you.The complex is predominantly GOVT subsidized housing which means I was surrounded by loud, inconsiderate, untidy neighbours that could not care less about the others who lived in the same area.Visits from Police to the grounds are a regular occurrence, so I seldom felt safe besides being on the second floor which meant at least people could not get in through doors or windows.Parking is a nightmare, however that is attributed to again inconsiderate people who live in the complex as well (imagine ignorant, able bodied people proudly parking in the mobility space everyday).The apartment itself is lovely, but the area and people who disrespect them make it a new age ghetto.

I moved out a month ago from the hall ave apartments and i had credited money around $300 that they had to refund me. i’m YET to see my money! One of the property managers there named Makayla that i’ve been emailing and texting for weeks hardly reply’s back to anything about my credited money but anything else she will reply to. So the one time she reply’s last friday she said she send the money and i should of already got the money in my account. I called few days ago and they said it hasn’t been sent yet she should of done it by now so someone else from this company emails me and says she will do my refund for me. Still waiting. Do not recommend!! doesn’t take 1 month to refund MY own credited money.

I have been a tenant of Avenue Apartments for a good couple of years. The place is usually well kept and I always have a good yarn with the Onsite manager but I also have had issues with other tenants in my block. The Duval management teams communication has improved drastically over the duration of my tenancy imo. The complex is gated with CCTV everywhere - but i have had valuables taken from outside my apartment. I do enjoy living here but random cop visits and inconsiderate tenants add stress to the hardworking tenants living here.

I highly recommend the apartment. It's a cosy and tidy apartment with wonderful furniture and appliances. All of my guests said that this apartment deserves more than the payment I paid weekly. In addition, the property management by DuVal was always professional and approachable. Especially I appreciate my property manager for hard-working to solve the unexpected problem I faced last year. She was always on my side and did her best to respond appropriately to any kind of my requests or issues. If I come back to Mangere in the future, definitely I'll contact her to have this accommodation again.

I have been a tenant of Avenue Apartments since the beginning of this year, and I can say, hands down, that I absolutely love it here. I have had a really good experience with the staff and haven’t had any issues with other tenants in my block. The complex is gated and there is also an onsite manager – this adds an element of safety for me. I enjoy living here and look forward to coming home after a long day of work.

I have been an owner at the Avenue Apartments since 2019 and have had good rental returns and long-term tenants since the beginning. Onsite management do a great job keeping the property and the grounds in good condition and it is safe and secure. Michelle from Du Val Property Management does a great job managing my property and keeps me informed. Very happy.

I’ve been lived in this apartment for more than three years. It was good because it was close to the highway, and apartment life was clean and convenient. In addition, a well-managed apartment, and the agent's job is accurate, fast, and friendly.
