I just had an amazing pedicure by Nam, he was so respectful and allowed me to rest, while he did a fantastic massage and gel polish. He did an A1 job. Mia & Ayuko did an incredible powder manicure. I would completely recommend Royal Nail Spa. Thanks

My only bad experience with them was yesterday, getting my nails done for the ball and it felt like they were rushing it, as though they cared more about leaving than their overall product. My nails are cut wonky and are different sizes, last time they did compare and make sure they were perfect, this time they didnt. Very sad.

The nail tech highly suggested a specific nail technique which was the dipping powder that costs $75, I decided to just get the regular acrylic nails for $65 as o didn’t want ro spend heaps of money. I felt that when he was doing my nails he purposely rushed them and didn’t give me as good of treatment as my friend who did get the $75 nails because I didn’t spend as much. I was cut by the nail file and all my nails are different sizes and shapes. The polish has already chipped as soon as I got home as they were only cured by a small fan. My friend now has glitter all over her clothes from the dipping powder which will be very hard to get out. We were told to pay before the service as we believe this is because it was likely not going to turn out very good and that way we couldn’t get out of paying for a service we were not happy about

Would not recommend this place. My bridesmaids and I went here for my wedding. She paid for mani & pedi, normal nail polish. Took them over 2 hours for her pedi which still smudged after they promised it was dry. They reluctantly fixed it the next day but used the wrong colour so we had to repaint them ourselves anyway and wouldn't refund us for the mani she didn't get.Wasnt impressed with the quality ofthe dip powder and one nail has split and fallen off after 5 days. Not impressed at all.

Love getting my nails done here! The service is really lovely and there’s so many colours to choose from. The shop has been renovated recently too so everything’s really clean and hygienic.The new owners and nail technicians can also do some really pretty techniques too! This time I got an ombré gel on natural nails.
