Jaguar Duncan & Ebbett Hamilton

Driving from Auckland to New Plymouth when north of Hamilton our car started making an unnatural noise. Called Duncan and Ebbert who agreed that we should come straight in when we got to Hamilton. Elly fetched Brian and they took the car for a short run while making us barrista coffee. An inspection on the hoist followed till they were satisfied the car was safe to continue our trip. I was impressed to find that every D&E employee who walked past me drinking my coffee in the light and bright modern new car display area, greeted me. They all seem to go the extra step to make customers feel valued. Elly, for whom nothing was too much trouble, sent us on our way with bottles of water and a smile. Thank you for fitting our problem into your busy day . We did get home safely.
