Amazing! Highly recommend.

I’ve used Looksmart at Centre Place a number of times now for various alterations and fixes, and the service and quality has always been great. Wonderful customer service too, the ladies there are always lovely to deal with.

Tried to alter a top myself but it didn't go as planned. Took it to Looksmart to fix the mess I'd made. They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price!

Tried to charge me $180 for overnight service for 3 pants to be taken up. When queried she advised it was urgent service, asked how much for non urgent...$140... Rip off. Got them done for $60

QUALITY OF WORK - Gave 3 pairs of pants for shortening - but it was still too long despite taking measurements in person. Had to give it for rework and come back a second time.SERVICE - The person resisted trying to work on it again and acted like they were doing me a favour by accepting it a second time. I was then supposed to collect it on Friday evening - but it wasn't done. Came back on Saturday morning - still not done. Had to wait around on Saturday afternoon for another hour for the work to get completed. This brings me to the last point:EXPENSIVE - 3 pairs for a simple shortening costed me about $80! For this level of quality of work and service that's just ridiculous. I asked (at the second time) if I could have the waist altered a bit, but I was told I have to pay the full cost all over again.EDIT: Work still wasn't done on Saturday despite waiting around for an hour. Was asked to come back on Sunday because it was too busy".TL;DR -1 job3 pants4 visits$80+ spent"

Stopped in for emergency repairs (lost button on business shirt) before a meeting. Fixed on the spot no charge. Marvellous friendly service.

Very efficient and friendly staff, know what they are doing can quote approx time job will take to do and give on the spot quotes with options

Job done well but for really expensive price.

Ridiculously expensive, however quality did not reflect the price. They charged me $140.00 to alter two pairs of pants. But the hem seam came undone a few weeks later on one pair of pants. I went back to get to let them know and they charged me a further $10.00 to fix it. 2 weeks later the pants seam came undone again. Never going back. Terrible customer service too, did not accept their bad.
