Had a great piercing experience by Maria in Lovisa glenfield. She was kind and thorough with her knowledge and was very patient with me, regardless of the fact that the Store was busy. Management needs to have two employees on, don't know how they juggle that.

Was in the store and was completely ignored by the lady working and the store was quite untidy.... And i know the standards that they should up hold here as I use to work here. Very disappointed...

Great shop!!!!Heaps of awesome stuff here, and @ BARGAIN prices..My mrs and girls come here often,they stock earrings,necklaces,hair ties,scarves,bracelets,chains,charms the works..Excellent products,good customer service.

Went in the shop. About 3 other customers there. This was Westfield Albany. Day- Tuesday around 1pm ish. No greeting from the girl behind the counter. I picked up a necklace. I honestly didnt see the sign 3 for $10". The one I chose was $6. At the counter

Terrible and rude unprofessional staff. Before hire people you should provide customer service training before. And you lost around $100 which I was hoping to spend in your store.

Awesome little shop, lots of different styles. Great staff. I got my seconds pieced by Brooke, who was beyond lovely and really helpful. I didn’t really know what I wanted (placement wise), she was awesome and made me feel so comfortable. Clean and quick. Thank you Brooke for being so accommodating for me and my friend.
