Considering that we have Visa-waivers between our countries (Canada/NZ) and have the same Head-of-State, I find it crazy that I need to spend $52 to visit. It feels very inhospitable.

One of the staff sucks, difficult to deal with and hard to build up a mutual trust. True NZ image = untrustworthy people. Respect is a two-way street, not a one-way street. Loyalty has to be earned, not given.

Tip: This is an office, not a travel store. They treat the staff really well here.
