Once again, Gregg has impressed us with his friendly and professional service, this will be our third clean now. Greg had our gutter clean diarised from over a year ago - he got in touch, we made a firm booking and he kept us informed. Hi there, we had the case of multiple unreported issues at our property that we only discovered once the tenant vacated it unexpectedly. We had to ogranise the repairs quickly as decided to put our house on the market. We reached out to John and were very happy with the services and the quality of John's work. At the beginning, John completed a thorough assessment of the property and highlighted few additional things we were not aware of. We then discussed what we would want to include in the scope of works. The works were completed on time and the subsequent invoice was as per the original quote provided. I wanted to get my roof treated for moss and lichen. Mr Moss were referred to me by another tradesperson. Their service was prompt and efficient. Damien (the owner) explained the application process on arrival and the results I should expect. He was both friendly and professional. Graham cleaned and painted a 25 year old roof which was covered in lichen and left it looking like new. He also painted the eaves and bargeboards and did a first class job there too, happy to recommend him to any future customers.

Kevin was a brilliant project manager throughout. He really made an effort to understand our vision right from the beginning. He was always there when we needed to speak to him. His team and him really go above and beyond to make their customers happy. We will be using them for our other properties too!
