Excellent service very experienced BMW technicians.

TERIBBLE and DISHONEST! The owners have a bad reputation for ripping people off as i found out afterwards. Terrible customer and mechanic service. If only they were good at fixing cars and respectful to customers as they are at making up excuses and reasons.Drove my car in fine and wanted a check up on the loud noise in the engine (which i later found out from another mechanic store it was caused by the shredded belt) they made up some excuse to why it wouldn't start up and told me to either get it towed away at my own expense or pay them extra to find out what the problem is. I had paid over $180 for them to check but they didn't even do the basic checks and asked me to pay another $270 to get it further diagnosed. I refused to pay extra to get my car back to driving condition as I have drove it in fine and this had never happened before so I had to contact the MTA (motor transport association). After MTA contacted leading edge about the problem they said they had fixed it so i can pick up my car. 5minutes into driving home my car broke down in the middle of the intersection and wouldn't start. All because they didn't do a basic proper check to tell me my belt was broken and needed replacing. Wasted $180Would never go back again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I took my motorhome for evaluation because I had solar panels that would not charge the batteries. I requested to speak to the technician so I could thoroughly explain the problem but I was denied the ability to do so. Everything had to go through the receptionist. I gave the technician my phone number so that I could give a better description of what was going on and he never called me back. He basically removed some of the connections off of my battery and left for the day. The receptionist was stuck trying to explain everything. Needless to say, it didn’t solve my problem at all and I was out $75 after this ridiculous episode. I would say that the technician was extremely rude and unprofessional and in fact unqualified to do what he did. The receptionist as usual was left cleaning up the mess of the inept worker. Very unsatisfied. If it wasn’t for the receptionist I would have given one star.

The owner was dishonest and charged me $65 and said my car wouldn't pass the WOF？But i had no trouble going somewhere else！When i went to get my car i did not see my car，he said my car was going somewhere to try to pass the wof？？？then i saw his wife drove my car back and his son even in the car and hold a can of coke and some food ！！！Ridiculous！！！

Have used Lee and the lads many times on my old classics , modern cars and motor bikes over several years, and have been happy as with work done to a high standard at a competitive price.Cheers to the team.
