The service was above and beyond my expectation. My van looked brand new. Thank you, Team, you guys are the BEST!

They did a great job fixing my car but I had to wait several months before they could do it. It was still able to be driven while I waited.

They are quick to reply to inquiries even through email. The fix only took a day which is very convenient as I needed the car to go to work. They also let me borrow a car when I surrendered my car to them. Price is affordable and a lot cheaper as compared to other workshops I asked. I am satisfied with the result and will definitely come back for future repairs.

Unbelievably fantastic outcome. Mike seems like he works hard and has a great eye and touch for detail. Might benefit from a receptionist or something 'cause he seems like he stretches to fill all the front facing roles...Anyway, repaired the hatch and looks brand new again. Other places wanted to fully replace the door for $,$$$... Pssht. A solid repair right here.

On the off chance anybody out there who specialises in the exportation of unintelligent species stumbles upon this review, I would love to be quoted a price to purchase five of your most feeble-minded primates. I seek them to open a new panel beaters in the Petone area, which would still be a better organised, customer-focused enterprise than this absolute farcical joke of a business.When I dropped off my car this morning for a panel beating and spray job which I booked last Friday, after taking the morning off work, catching the bus from the city to Wainui to pick up my car and then driving to Petone, I was told that they were ''too busy to fit me in, next Thursday?'' with an indifferent shrug of the shoulders (again- already with a booking confirmed for that morning).On a serious note, I find it baffling, if not saddening, that businesses like this are busy enough to turn away already booked in customers, when hard-working, customer-centric businesses are struggling to stay afloat. After this morning's buffoonery, I would not trust them to spray my bicycle let alone my car.

First off, a massive thanks to Chris and his team, they did an incredible job repairing my vehicle. There was plenty of communication as parts can take time to arrive, I felt like I knew what was going on the whole time. I'm from out of the Hawkes bay so got over early to pick up my car and it wasn't quite done. They just leant me a vehicle to go and get some breakfast while my car was completed. Absolutely recommended especially if you drive a Tesla, honestly the job they've done is amazing. Thanks team CCR!

When the vehicle was picked up it had a flat battery - the lights had been left on! So we are up for a new battery as well as the excess paid ($400)! Only half the agreed job was completed (the bumper was done but not the side panel). We were told the office lady had telephoned to confirm the extent of the job but no such phone call was received. We will not be using them again, ever.

Very impressed with the service and repair to my bumper. Highly recommend.
