Went in to make a purchase and lady behind counter didn't even bother getting off the phone when I walked in. Stood at the counter a while as she chatted away without even acknowledging me. She served me whilst continuing to chat on the phone, which I found incredibly rude. No thank you" or "have a nice day" or anything. I was lucky to be served at all I think!"
