Amazing tour with a passionate and friendly guide explaining everything to us! Talking to the artist himself and observing him doing his work was awesome! Getting to choose our own piece of Pounamu was the icing on the cake! The shop itself has so many beautiful things to look at as well!

Was so disappointed too walk around your whole store and have 2 staff members, just keep talking not even acknowledge or say hello. Even when we left not even a goodbye. Me and my family came 2 years ago and loved it hence why we drove over an hour from where we staying to buy something.

The original of the stores here in town, laid out like a beautiful jewelery store (with Air Conditioning!) and a free studio tour / viewing of the master carvers at work .... BUT they're not here on Saturdays! Darn. Still had a look inside which was educational with the help from the woman there who also was very personable and helped me to understand a lot
