Do not reccomend for children under 6 terrible service, rude, inpersonal and to put it lightly aggressive when child was needing assurance that the process was safe and not scary. Ended up leaving without service being completed.

The staff seem to be very nice people and have the right intentions however my haircut that I received was dissapointing. The hair was cut in straight lines and thinning scissors which are bad for your hair were used a lot, which clearly showed the hairdresser had not much knowledge or experience. My hair afterwards was shockingly uneven (some hair being inches longer than the hair next to it) and patchy in places. Won't be returning.

Average service from the moment I arrived. The hair wash was uncomfortable and did not feel thorough making me feel like I now need to go home and wash it again. Felt like I was rushed through. The trim I got was fine however the curls i got are average.

I was recommended to buy two very expensive toning hair products ($50) to help with my reddish/ginger tones in my brunette hair. After using several times as per instructions there was no difference whatsoever. I took them back and asked for a refund. The hair stylist who recommended the products and had assured me they would make a difference was very understanding but said she had to ask her boss" before refunding. Turns out the "boss" was not prepared to offer refund or store credit

Went in for a colour & cut 2wks ago, the colour was too dark (not what I asked for) the grey started coming through 1wk ago at the roots, the cut is awful & I didn't get the side fringe, the straightening was shocking & made my hair frizzy, will not be returning. My hair is thick & curly but have never experienced this before, went there as it was close to home but never again.

The staff were really lovely. However, I went in for a simple fringe cut that I had previously gotten done here. I showed a video of myself with the exact fringe I was after, the style was long enough to sit below my eyebrows and wispy. Unfortunately I ended up leaving with a super short and uneven fringe that sat well above my eyebrows. I ended up going to a second hairdresser to try and fix it but there wasn’t much that could be done. Super lovely and well intentioned staff here but I was very disappointed with the cut I left with, especially since there’s no way for me to cover it up.
