They have a wonderful team atmosphere

While our rental property was lovely and comfortable, dealing with the Richardsons office was often very difficult.The spare keys to our property were lost, and we never received confirmation that they had been found. We raised concerns about what this might mean for the security of the property, and these concerns were dismissed. On multiple occasions we were asked to stay home to let an agent into the property for inspections/maintenance, as they didn’t have their keys, despite repeated explanations that we could not leave work to do so.We had paid an extra week of rent and it took weeks of emailing and meeting with property agents to correct, with the agents demonstrating that they don’t seem to understand the office record keeping with regards to rental payments.At the end of our tenancy, there was a delay in issuing our final water bill. We were told that the water bill would be issued a week after we vacated the property, and after this was paid we would have our bond released back to us. After a week, we had no contact from Richardsons. When I made contact with them, they said the best they could do would be to deduct an arbitrary $300 from our bond for the “estimated” cost of the water bill that they didn’t have, release the rest of the bond to us and then reimburse the difference later. It was only through arguing that this was unacceptable that our full bond was released to us with some delay. The water bill was issued two months later, and was nowhere near $300.It has been unfortunate that Richardsons presented these difficulties as otherwise we loved our time in our home, and living in Thames.

Worst real estate company I ever had the misfortune to do business with. Avoid at all costs!!

Very helpfull..took friends around to get familiar with the area and to look at value of property in area.Friends are looking to buy locally and are from the North so we're gratefull.
