Very good Property Manager. I have complete trust in his decisions regarding rental applicants. I am always provided with options for repairs and maintenance. I have never had any issues in the 22 Years I have been a client of Professionals P/Nth. All staff at this branch are the best I have dealt with. Have had other property managers in other regions in NZ and Aus and none compare to the high standard of this business. My sincere thanks to all the staff.

We have a rental house in Palmerston North (a city we don't live in) and we have had The Palmerston North Professionals team managing it for us for 3 years now. I have to say that the experience has been totally stress free. The house has been superbly managed right from the selecting of tenants process, through to the house maintenance and organizing of repairs as needed and the comprehensive tri-monthly inspection reports. Viewed the property on a Friday, fell in love with it, sent forth documents and the application on the same day. After 1 week, we were moving in! What I love most is our agent is in constant communication. The property is well maintained by both the agent and the owner, which is a good motivation for me the tenant to keep it maintained as well. I will definitely recomment Professionals to anyone who wants to have a headache free tenancy!
