Would not recommend. Find anyone else or expect your memory to be tarnished (first hunt with wife and first buck and first mount). I paid in full on delivery of my trophy, was told to expect it to be a year. That’s ok, but when a year came around I was the told 36 months. Then I talked to manager. Turned out to be 18 months total. Then I go to pick it up and they try to charge me again. Fortunately I had the eftpos receipt. But then they reckoned I hadn’t paid for velvet cure, which I had and was discussed when I dropped it in. It had been so long that prices had gone up and they were trying to get more money. I didn’t pay any extra and took my trophy off the wall and left. Unfortunately for the young girl that actually does the work, she is not very well represented. She does amazing work and am very happy with her product. She deserves to work at a better business. These people are still riding on the name of ORourke’s, and to which they are not.

I killed 2 animals in New Zealand last March, I was promised the mounts by December of 2018. When I decided to let them do the mount instead of bringing it back to the states to do it, they told me I'd save money because they priced in NZ money and the US dollar was worth 25% more.I put $1200 US down, and called and paid another $1000 in Aug. When the final invoice came they had left off the $1000 and had put it as being all made in NZ money. I have been trying to get up with them and they don't answer e mails till over a mth later. I would never use these people again unless things change a lot in the next week. Horrible customer service.

Very friendly, showed us around and explained the process despite the fact we were just looking. Great people and amazing work.
